These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Indrik website and the purchase of products or services from Indrik, operated by Arohi Sales Corporation.

By visiting this website, submitting an enquiry, approving a quotation, making a payment or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Please read them carefully before confirming an order.

2. Products and Design Collection

Indrik offers mandala art and premium layered designs for applications including:

• Wall art
• Ceiling panels
• Pooja rooms
• Cafes and restaurants
• Offices and receptions
• Factories and showrooms
• Mandala clocks
• Center table tops
• Dining table tops
• Conference table tops
• Other suitable interior spaces

Customers must select from Indrik’s existing design collection.

Minor modifications may be considered after review, but complete new design creation or major alteration of an existing design is not guaranteed.

Indrik reserves the right to reject any requested change that is technically unsuitable, may affect product quality, conflicts with the original design or cannot be produced reliably.

3. Size and Color Customization

Product sizes are fully customizable according to the customer’s requirements.

Colors may also be customized according to the customer’s interior theme, selected references and technical feasibility.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving:

• Selected design
• Product dimensions
• Color combination
• Number of layers
• Placement area
• Logo or name spelling, where applicable
• Minor modification requests
• Final quotation and order details

Production begins only after the required details and payment have been confirmed.

4. Customer Measurements

Customers must provide complete and accurate measurements.

Where applicable, measurements should include:

• Width
• Height
• Length
• Diameter
• Shape
• Placement-area dimensions
• Available space around the product
• Relevant furniture, lighting or fixture positions

Indrik will prepare the product according to the measurements finally approved by the customer.

Products prepared according to incorrect or incomplete measurements supplied or approved by the customer are not eligible for return, replacement or refund for size-related reasons.

Customers who are uncertain about measurements should share clear photographs and dimensions with Indrik before confirming the order.

5. Product Images and Appearance

Product photographs, mockups, close-up images and digital previews are provided for representation and guidance.

The final product may show minor differences because of:

• Screen brightness and display settings
• Photography and editing conditions
• Indoor or outdoor lighting
• Color perception
• Product dimensions
• Number of layers
• Design scaling
• Surface finish
• Production and finishing processes

Minor variations that do not materially affect the approved design or intended use are not considered defects.

Interior mockups are visual representations intended to help customers understand possible placement. The exact appearance and scale in the customer’s space depend on the final selected dimensions and actual surroundings.

6. Product Specifications

The relevant product page, quotation or order confirmation may include specifications such as:

• Material
• Product dimensions
• Number of layers
• Design code
• Color selection
• Installation type
• Production time
• Packaging requirements
• Shipping charges

The actual material will be stated in the product specifications or communicated during order confirmation.

Specifications may differ between designs and categories.

7. Pricing

Product pricing may depend on:

• Product dimensions
• Total area in square feet
• Number of layers
• Selected design
• Design complexity
• Material and finish
• Approved minor customization
• Quantity
• Packaging requirements
• Shipping destination

Two products of the same dimensions may have different prices because their number of layers, detailing and production requirements may differ.

The final price is confirmed through the product page, quotation, invoice, payment request or written order confirmation.

Any website price applies only to the size, design and specifications shown with that price.

Custom sizes and custom requirements may require a separate quotation.

8. Taxes and Additional Charges

Applicable taxes, payment charges, packaging charges, shipping charges or other approved charges may be added where required.

Any applicable charges will be displayed or communicated before final order confirmation.

Shipping is charged separately unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

9. Quotations

A quotation is based on the information available when it is prepared, including:

• Selected design
• Dimensions
• Layers
• Quantity
• Colors
• Customization
• Delivery location
• Packaging requirements

If any order detail changes, Indrik may revise the quotation, production time and shipping charge.

A quotation does not confirm an order until the required payment and final written confirmation have been received.

10. Order Confirmation

An order is treated as confirmed only after:

• The design has been selected
• Final dimensions have been approved
• Colors have been approved
• Customization has been reviewed
• Final price has been accepted
• Required payment has been received
• Customer and delivery details have been confirmed

Messages, discussions or draft quotations without payment and final confirmation do not automatically create a confirmed production order.

11. Payment Methods

Available payment methods may include:

• UPI
• Net banking
• Bank transfer
• Other payment options displayed at checkout or communicated by Indrik

Customers must use the approved payment details provided by Indrik.

Indrik is not responsible for payment made to an incorrect account, number, link or third party not officially authorized by Indrik.

Customers should retain payment proof until the order has been completed.

12. Payment Verification

An order may remain pending until payment is successfully received and verified.

If a payment is unsuccessful, reversed, disputed, incomplete or not reflected in the business account, production may not begin.

Indrik may request payment proof where verification is required.

13. Production Time

The approximate production time is 25 days after:

• Final design approval
• Final measurement approval
• Color confirmation
• Customization confirmation
• Required payment
• Complete order confirmation

The production period does not include delivery time.

Production time may change because of:

• Product dimensions
• Number of layers
• Design complexity
• Quantity
• Approved modifications
• Production workload
• Availability of materials
• Unforeseen operational circumstances

Any significant expected change will be communicated where reasonably possible.

14. Changes After Confirmation

Customers must request changes before production begins.

Once production has started:

• Cancellation may not be accepted
• Size changes may not be possible
• Color changes may not be possible
• Design changes may not be possible
• Additional cost may apply
• The production timeline may be extended

Any accepted change must be confirmed by Indrik in writing.

15. Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be submitted before production begins.

Any cancellation request will be reviewed according to:

• Work already completed
• Design preparation
• Material procurement
• Production status
• Payment-provider charges
• Other costs already incurred

Once production has started, cancellation may be refused because products are prepared according to the confirmed order.

The applicable cancellation and damage rules should be read together with the Return & Damage Policy.

16. Shipping

Indrik accepts delivery enquiries across India.

Shipping charges are additional unless specifically confirmed otherwise.

Shipping charges may depend on:

• Product dimensions
• Product weight
• Packaging requirements
• Number of packages
• Delivery city and PIN code
• Logistics availability
• Special handling requirements

The estimated shipping charge will be displayed or communicated before dispatch or final order confirmation, as applicable.

17. Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on the destination, product dimensions and logistics provider.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delays may occur because of:

• Logistics-provider operations
• Weather
• Public holidays
• Local restrictions
• Transportation disruptions
• Remote locations
• Incorrect customer details
• Circumstances outside Indrik’s reasonable control

The production period and delivery period are separate.

18. Delivery Information

Customers must provide:

• Correct full name
• Active phone number
• Complete delivery address
• Landmark
• City
• State
• Correct PIN code

Indrik is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, storage charges or redelivery costs caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

Address changes requested after dispatch may not be possible.

19. Inspection at Delivery

Customers should inspect the package carefully at delivery.

Customers are strongly advised to:

• Photograph the outer packaging
• Record a continuous unboxing video
• Keep the original packaging
• Inspect the complete product before installation
• Report transit damage within 24 hours

Customers should not install, repair, modify or discard a product before reporting a suspected transit-damage issue.

20. Returns and Damage

Made-to-order and customized products are generally not eligible for return because of:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
• Change in color preference after approval
• Unsuitable placement after delivery
• Minor screen or lighting variations
• Customer-approved design or size

Transit damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with the evidence required under the Return & Damage Policy.

Submitting a claim does not automatically guarantee replacement or refund. Each matter is reviewed based on the available evidence.

The Return & Damage Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

21. Installation

Indrik provides installation guidance only.

Physical installation, drilling, mounting, electrical work, site preparation and structural assessment are not included unless separately confirmed in writing.

The customer is responsible for:

• Arranging an experienced installer
• Confirming the suitability of the wall, ceiling or base
• Choosing appropriate mounting hardware
• Checking for concealed electrical wiring or plumbing
• Following the installation guidance
• Ensuring safe and secure installation

Damage caused by improper installation, unsuitable hardware, weak or damp surfaces, electrical work, water, heat, mishandling or unauthorized modification is not considered a manufacturing or transit defect.

22. Product Care

Products should be maintained according to the Installation & Care Guide.

Customers should:

• Use a soft, dry cloth
• Avoid direct water exposure
• Avoid excessive moisture
• Avoid harsh chemicals
• Avoid abrasive cleaning
• Protect products from open flames and excessive heat
• Handle layered designs carefully

Damage caused by improper care, water, dampness, heat, force, impact or unsuitable storage is not covered as transit damage.

23. Commercial and Bulk Orders

Commercial and bulk orders may require separate terms concerning:

• Quantity
• Measurements
• Design allocation
• Logo approval
• Payment schedule
• Production stages
• Packaging
• Shipping
• Installation coordination
• Project timelines

Any project-specific written quotation or agreement will apply together with these general Terms & Conditions.

Where project-specific written terms conflict with these general terms, the specifically agreed written terms will apply to that project, subject to applicable law.

24. Website Availability

Indrik aims to keep the website accurate and available but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

The website may be temporarily unavailable because of:

• Maintenance
• Platform updates
• Technical issues
• Internet disruption
• Third-party service interruption
• Security requirements

Indrik may modify, suspend or discontinue website content, product listings or features where necessary.

25. Website Information

Indrik takes reasonable care when preparing product descriptions, images, dimensions and website content.

However, errors may occasionally occur.

Indrik may correct:

Where a material error affects a confirmed order, Indrik will contact the customer to discuss the available options.

26. Product Availability

Displaying a design on the website does not guarantee immediate production availability.

Availability may depend on:

• Quantity
• Delivery location

Indrik may decline or cancel an order where it cannot reasonably be produced or fulfilled. Any applicable payment resolution will be discussed with the customer.

27. Intellectual Property

The Indrik name, logo, design collection, product images, mockups, written content, graphics, catalogue and website content are owned by or used with authorization by Arohi Sales Corporation.

They must not be copied, reproduced, modified, resold, distributed, published or used commercially without prior written permission.

Purchasing a physical product does not transfer ownership of the underlying design or intellectual-property rights.

Customers and third parties must not:

• Copy Indrik designs for production
• Reproduce catalogue images
• Use Indrik images to sell competing products
• Remove brand ownership information
• Claim Indrik designs as their own
• Provide Indrik designs to another manufacturer for reproduction

28. Customer-Provided Content

When a customer provides a logo, name, image, reference or other material, the customer confirms that they have the right to provide and use it.

The customer is responsible for claims arising from unauthorized use of third-party trademarks, logos, artwork, images or intellectual property supplied by the customer.

Indrik may refuse content that appears unauthorized, unlawful, offensive or technically unsuitable.

29. Reviews, Photographs and Project Images

Indrik will seek appropriate permission before intentionally using identifiable customer-provided project photographs or testimonials for promotional purposes.

Customers should not submit confidential or private information in reviews or public content.

Indrik may remove unlawful, abusive, misleading or irrelevant public submissions.

30. Prohibited Use

The website must not be used for:

• Fraudulent orders
• False information
• Unauthorized payment activity
• Copying designs
• Attempting to damage or disrupt the website
• Introducing malicious software
• Harassment or abusive communication
• Unlawful activity
• Infringement of intellectual-property rights

Indrik may restrict service or cancel an order where fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity is reasonably suspected.

31. Third-Party Services

• Heat or open flame
• Mishandling
• Use inconsistent with product guidance
• Incorrect customer information
• Third-party logistics delays
• Events outside reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

34. Events Beyond Reasonable Control

Indrik is not responsible for delay or inability to perform caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:

• Natural events
• Fire or flood
• Transport disruption
• Government restriction
• Public emergency
• Labor disruption
• Supply interruption
• Internet or platform failure
• Logistics-provider disruption

Where such an event affects an order, Indrik will communicate available information and possible next steps where reasonably possible.

35. Communication

Order-related communication may take place through:

• WhatsApp
• Email
• Telephone
• Shopify notifications
• SMS
• Other contact details provided by the customer

Customers are responsible for keeping their contact details accurate and checking order-related messages.

36. Updates to These Terms

Indrik may update these Terms & Conditions when business processes, website features, payment methods, legal requirements or services change.

The version displayed on the website applies from its stated publication or update date.

Changes will not remove rights that already apply under law.

37. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in India.

Subject to rights and forums available under applicable consumer law, disputes relating to the business or these terms will be subject to the appropriate courts and authorities having jurisdiction in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

38. Severability
